Hired and built a diverse team of exceptional marketers to partner closely with sales, analytics, research, creative and engineering to design and execute the marketing strategy for Microsoft Advertising’s suite of solutions to surpass $10B (20% YOY growth). Member of the leadership team to drive strategy transformation leading to maximize team’s impact. Managed marketing budgets with <1% forecast variance across multiple geographies.

Improved MSA brand perception with the creation of the first global video storytelling series improving Microsoft culture and external perception of the brand: The Download. The video series became the most successful content ever, surpassing 1M total views, 40k/episode. The success of the show injected Microsoft Ads into top industry conversations, at the Gathering in Canada and at Cannes Lions in 2022 and recognized with the prestigious Industry Innovator Award in 2021.

Maintained a multifaceted growth strategy. Key player in securing multiyear partnerships through Joint Business Plans with brands and agencies. Launched original campaigns (brand, content, 1:1, ABM, 1: many events) that grew brand consideration and revenue ROI (1:20) Orchestrated media buys to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, including GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy and execution.

Transformed language to breakthrough in social marketing and blog content by infusing external expertise to break through the stale, jargon-loaded communication style, resulting in a 50% increase of time spent on content. Prioritized social media strategy. Oversaw the strategic direction and execution of the Instagram account, growing the number of followers by 4x, boosting engagement by 500%.

Launched the Innovation Lab to provide a global platform for employees to pitch innovative ideas and bring them to fruition; lab resulted in the development of 3 new programs generating a 10x ROI, including a TikTok series for SMB.

Active champion of Employee Resource Groups. Educator and board member of “Jews at Microsoft” community, a cross company employee group: organized dozens of events attracting 400+ attendees and fostering a culture of curiosity and ongoing learning, wrote onboarding and educative documents on Jewish identity for managers and employees to help combat antisemitism.

Co-designed regional marketer function's blueprint and operational models of partnership between sales, operations, and marketing; streamlined workflow process and increased cross-functional collaboration by 40%.  

Spokesperson for the brand in thought-provoking panel discussions and keynotes at client and industry events on AI, voice search, and emerging topics, resulting in 25% increase in inquiries for company's services. Implemented a series of clients Summits for retail, travel, and automotive verticals, that became best practices adopted across all regions. Yielded ROI of 1:10 within 90 days by creating clients onboarding and growth programs.

Established the marketing function and for the Central Eastern Europe and Middle East and Africa region, supporting business growth and contributing to double digit revenue growth.
